Rototawai is in a spectacular setting which provides a unique and secluded venue for events. Located in an expansive landscape of trees dating back to the first settlers of New Zealand – with a backdrop of the lake – Rototawai provides an idyllic location for weddings and events.

The Wairarapa is known for long warm and languid Summers, and Rototawai offers a unique venue for weddings and a range of corporate and private events. During the warmer months, events are typically held on the main lawn, the Olive lawn and by the Lake.

From late Summer 2024 – Rototawai will be available for weddings, corporate and private and events – typically from September to June.
During July & August, Rototawai is closed for annual maintenance – but can still be available if booked for corporate events and weddings (where the whole property is hired).
